Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members
Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
